my uncle had what i called a 'malkauns' cassette..he had made it himself... of recordings of bhimsen joshi and some others whom i unfortunately dont remember now...but all singing malkauns. who knows where that treasure went now.
Oh, so much of nostalgia around me.i used to save my money for weeks before I could buy one of those cassettes. was my treasure, my pride, my companion. Remember the day when I was leaving my college hostel & I dumped it all(even though I was so hesitant inside)...

oh, how nice! There is something very special about personal compilations, nai? These shuffle-enabled playlists are not the same thing at all.
